I have currently been working at TeamUp for over three years where I mostly work on the coding and also sometimes overview our ongoing projects. The main reason I like working at TeamUp is that I keep learning new things while also having the flexibility with my working hours which is really helpful. When working I look forward to figuring out new ways of handling the logic and code. Working with TeamUp is constantly autonomous and challenging which drives me to work harder. Initially, there was a bit of a learning curve when first adapting to the new circumstances, however, I think that we as a team have greatly improved from that point.

For the past two and a half years I have been working at TeamUp where I develop mobile applications and web projects. The company allows everyone to work at their own pace and flexibly which makes us feel more motivated. The environment at TeamUp is friendly and our team is all very connected. I'm a courageous hardworking person who likes to experiment and learn new technologies and working at TeamUp allows me to do so.I currently like what i'm doing since most of the tasks are challenging rather than monotonous. When working during the pandemic it was a really good experience as it was very easy to work remotely. Since we had previous experience of working from home with TeamUp it made things a bit easier. The current project management tools & practices helped us individually and as a team to achieve targets easily. Luckily for me there wasn't any additional stress since I was at home when working and It didn't affect me financially due to the remote working concept.

I have been working at TeamUp as a Senior Software Developer for the past six months and I can safely say that I learn something new everyday. TeamUp is always up to date and moving with the trending technologies making it beneficial for both me and our clients. When working here I look forward to gaining experience and I aim to eventually become an expert in my relevant field. I joined the company during the pandemic and I felt no interruption in my career path or company profile. Everything is going smoothly and the CEO is handling everything very professionally. During these hard times working in a flexible manner helped me to adapt to working remotely and because of this I also had the freedom to cope with any stress and spend time with my family.

I started my Internship at TeamUp 9 months ago where I work as a UI/UX designer. I am responsible for delivering a better user experience design, by researching user's requirements to the newest technology. I like working here as it has a friendly office environment and I have the opportunity to gain good experience in the industry. The environment at TeamUp is a combination of professional, casual, friendly, and fast-paced making working here a lot easier. What I like most about working at TeamUp is that our team is always trying out and learning new trends which gives me the opportunity to learn what is the correct way to apply trends in the real world. When Covid-19 hit at first there were some miscommunications as it was a new experience for everyone but with some getting used to we all managed to adapt and learn from this. I look forward to working for a long time while constantly having the chance to improve my skills & knowledge.

I started my Internship at TeamUp 10 months ago where I work as a Business Administrator intern. During my internship I have taken on many duties and responsibilities which have helped me in the process to learn new skills. I am responsible for keeping records of business activity, client and internal communication and keeping track of the company's projects. Working at TeamUp has been a great experience for me as our boss has been very hands on with assisting us and ensuring it is a helpful learning experience. Everyone in the team is very pleasant to work with and the environment is friendly and professional. The flexible working hours have been especially helpful as I am also currently studying as well. I started working during covid so when I joined it was a bit difficult to get used to the fully remote working style. But in time I managed to learn and adapt to everything. I look forward to learning and growing during my time at TeamUp.

For the past three years I have been working at TeamUp having a hybrid role as both a social media manager and a front-end developer and back-end developer. Majority of my workload consists of social media management but from time to time I also do tasks related to front-end development and back-end development. As a student working at TeamUp gives me the opportunity to try out different roles within my expertise and I have also been able to work managing my time as long as I meet the deadlines. No other place has given me the chance to have a hybrid role and such flexible working hours. Compared to my previous places of employment, here at TeamUp I can work wherever and whenever I want which is especially helpful since I am currently living in Italy. Coding has always been something I enjoyed doing ever since I got a taste of that world while I was in high school so working at TeamUp gives me the chance to learn and practice my skills more. The work environment is professional, casual, friendly and a fast-paced mix making working here wonderful. Since I'm based in Turin, I have worked more remotely rather than in the office so COVID-19 didn't really affect my work at all. Work and communication went smoothly, since I was always working remotely at TeamUp the change didn't affect me that much. I hope to continue working at TeamUp where I can do what I enjoy within my own working hours.
