The following terms apply to all managed web hosting packages.
Payments can be made monthly or yearly prior to each activation/billing cycle.
Free maintenance hours are only included for server maintenance tasks and do not apply to maintaining or managing the data or user applications installed within the server. The number of hours required for each task within the maintenance period must be approved by the client prior to each task.
TeamUp cannot guarantee the availability of any third-party resources used. TeamUp is not held liable for any violation caused by the type of data stored by the user or the user's application.
Any additional maintenance hours outside the mentioned amount within a package will be cost at the hourly maintenance rate (contact for current rates). To keep the integrity of the completely managed servers and to make sure our team keeps track of all installations and other aspects of the servers, no direct access would be provided and all server maintenance requests (installations, updates, status checks, etc.) need to go through the TeamUp server maintenance team. If the client requires direct access to the server, this will discontinue the free management services provided by TeamUp for the specific instance.
