BUSINESS AUTOMATIONS, FULLY MANAGED

Your automations,
built, run, and kept alive.

Stop losing time to repetitive tasks and fragile workflows. TeamUp can help you design, build, and fully manage your business automations end to end, so they keep running, stay up to date, and never become your problem.

  • One team to build, monitor, and maintain every business automation
  • No technical knowledge or internal resources required
  • Proactive updates when tools, APIs, or processes change

Automation promises a lot. Keeping it working is the hard part.

Most businesses set up automations and assume they will run forever. They don't. Tools change, APIs break, workflows drift, and nobody is watching until something important fails.

Automations break without warning

A single API update or platform change can silently stop a workflow you depend on. Without monitoring, you often find out days later through a business impact, not an alert.

Building is the easy part. Maintaining is not.

Stitching together tools takes effort. Keeping those connections accurate, updated, and optimised over months requires ongoing attention most teams simply don't have.

Internal teams get stuck

Developers and operations staff are pulled into automation support at the worst moments. Debugging a broken Zapier workflow should not be their priority.

Tools evolve constantly

The platforms your automations depend on release updates, deprecate features, and change authentication. Every change is a potential failure point.

One-off builds become liabilities

Automations built by freelancers or quick fixes often lack documentation, error handling, or visibility. When something breaks, nobody knows where to start.

Scaling automations is not simple

What works for 100 records a day may fall apart at 10,000. Growing businesses need automations that are designed to scale, not patched to cope.

What is Managed Automations?

Managed Automations is a fully handled automation service for businesses that want the results of automation without the overhead of building, fixing, and maintaining it themselves. Instead of learning tools, debugging connections, or monitoring workflows, you hand the entire lifecycle to TeamUp.

We design automations around your real business processes, build them using the right tools for your stack, connect your systems reliably, and then keep everything running. When a platform updates, an API changes, or a process shifts, we handle the update. When a workflow breaks, we fix it before you notice.

Unlike one-off automation projects or self-managed tools, Managed Automations is an ongoing service. Your automations are treated as living infrastructure — designed to evolve with your business, monitored continuously, and maintained proactively rather than reactively.

Common automation types we manage

  • Lead & CRM workflows
  • Reporting & data pipelines
  • Notifications & alerts
  • Order & fulfilment workflows
  • Onboarding sequences
  • Internal approvals & routing
  • Invoicing & billing triggers
  • Content & publishing workflows

How we manage them

  • End-to-end design and architecture
  • Build with Make, n8n, APIs, webhooks, or custom scripting
  • Continuous monitoring and error detection
  • Proactive updates when platforms change
  • Ongoing optimisation and scaling
  • Full documentation maintained

What this service is not

Managed Automations is not a drag-and-drop subscription to a tool like Zapier or Make. It is a managed service where TeamUp owns the design, build, operation, and maintenance of your automations on your behalf. You do not need to learn any platform or manage any workflow yourself.

Five steps to automation that works

A structured process from discovery to long-term operations.

1

Discover

We start by understanding how your business operates: the tools you use, the repetitive tasks that slow you down, and the outcomes you want to automate. No assumptions. We map your processes before designing anything.

2

Design

Your automation architect designs the workflow logic, selects the right tools and integration approach, and maps out how data moves between your systems. Every automation is built with error handling, edge cases, and future changes in mind.

3

Build

We build your automations using the appropriate platforms and connection methods for your stack — whether that is Make, n8n, native APIs, webhooks, or custom scripting. Every workflow is tested thoroughly before going live.

4

Monitor & Operate

Once live, every automation is monitored continuously. We track execution logs, catch errors before they become problems, and keep your workflows running reliably without requiring your attention.

5

Maintain & Evolve

Platforms change. Processes change. When they do, we update your automations proactively. Regular reviews ensure your workflows stay aligned with how your business actually works — not how it worked when the automation was first built.

Flexible packages for every automation need

Start with the automations that matter most. Scale as your needs grow. Every package includes full build, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.

Talk About Dedicated

What counts as an "active automation"?

An active automation is any workflow we are responsible for monitoring and maintaining on your behalf — regardless of whether it was built by us or migrated from an existing setup. Automations that are paused or archived do not count toward your active limit.

How executions work

Each time an automation runs from trigger to completion, it counts as one execution — regardless of how many steps or actions are inside that workflow. You get a monthly execution allowance based on your plan.

Soft caps, not hard stops. We never let an automation silently fail when you approach your limit. You will receive an alert at 80% usage and again at 100%. From there, we either pause non-critical workflows or start a conversation about upgrading — your call.

  • Monitoring pings excluded. Internal health-check calls we run to verify your automations are healthy never count against your execution quota.
  • High-frequency workflows. Any automation running more than once every 15 minutes is flagged during onboarding. These workflows count against quota at an adjusted rate so we can set expectations early and protect your capacity.

How billing works

  • Each plan covers a single business or brand unless otherwise agreed.
  • New automation builds are scoped and approved before work begins.
  • Migrating existing automations from other platforms into the managed service is included within normal build capacity.
  • Tool and platform subscription costs (e.g. Make, Zapier, n8n cloud) are billed separately unless a custom arrangement is in place.
  • Larger-scale migrations, urgent builds, or unusual complexity may require a custom package.
  • Every plan includes a clear point of coordination on the TeamUp side.

Ideal for these scenarios

Managed Automations works across business types, team sizes, and automation maturity levels.

Replacing manual repetitive processes

Your team spends hours on tasks that follow the same pattern every time: data entry, notifications, file transfers, report generation. We automate those processes and keep them running reliably.

Rescuing broken or abandoned automations

You have existing Zapier, Make, or custom scripts that break regularly or were set up by someone who has since left. We audit, repair, document, and take over full ownership.

Connecting tools that don't talk to each other

Your CRM, accounting software, e-commerce platform, and communication tools all hold valuable data but none of it flows automatically. We design and build the integrations that close those gaps.

Supporting a fast-growing operations team

As your business scales, manual processes become bottlenecks. Instead of hiring more operations staff to handle volume, we build and maintain the automations that let your existing team do more.

Agencies managing automations for clients

You build automations for your clients but don't want the overhead of monitoring, fixing, and updating them. White-label or partner arrangements are available for agencies.

Businesses without internal technical resources

You don't have a developer or technical ops person on staff. Managed Automations gives you a full automation function without the hiring requirement.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Managed Automations.

We work across the leading automation and integration platforms including Make (formerly Integromat), n8n, Zapier, native API integrations, webhooks, and custom scripting where needed. We recommend the right tool based on your stack, budget, and automation complexity — not a single preferred platform.
Yes. If you have existing automations built on Make, Zapier, or any other platform, we can audit them, document them, take over monitoring and maintenance, and bring them under a managed plan. Migration into a managed plan counts toward your monthly build capacity.
Yes, we will need appropriate access to the platforms your automations connect. We follow a least-privilege access model and document every permission granted as part of the onboarding process.
This is exactly what Managed Automations is designed to handle. When a tool you depend on changes its API, deprecates a feature, or changes its connection method, we identify the impact and update your automations proactively. You will not be left debugging something you didn't build.
The TeamUp service fee covers all design, build, monitoring, and maintenance work. Underlying platform costs (for example, a Make or n8n subscription) are billed separately unless a specific arrangement is in place. We will always advise you on the most cost-efficient tooling for your needs.
Each plan includes a maximum number of active (live and monitored) automations. If you need more, you can upgrade your plan or discuss a custom arrangement. Automations that are paused or archived do not count toward your limit.
One trigger plus all the steps inside a single workflow run equals one execution. For example, if a "New lead in CRM" trigger sends an email and creates a Slack message, that entire run is a single execution. Internal health-check monitoring pings never count against your quota. High-frequency workflows (running more than once every 15 minutes) are flagged during onboarding and count at an adjusted rate.
A new build is a new automation workflow designed and deployed from scratch within a billing period. Updates to existing automations, bug fixes, and maintenance work are included in the service and do not consume your build allocation.
Plans can be paused subject to your minimum commitment period. Paused automations are placed in a monitored-inactive state and can be resumed at any time.
Absolutely. Managed Automations is specifically designed for business owners and operations teams who want the benefits of automation without needing to understand how it works. You describe the process you want automated; we handle everything else.
